The normal emotions of fear, anxiety, and frustration mixed with the <em>how&#8217;s this going to affect me <\/em>strategies for moving forward.<\/p>\n<p>I was impressed by the courage, honesty and difficult discussions that this group of leaders chose to dive into head first.
